I think it may be created when you attempt to install the FireFox plugin, in which case you will need to attempt install it first. I have absolutely no idea why it is in the temporary folder. Copy "FoxitReaderOCX.ocx" from "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Temp" to "C:\Windows\System32".
Note that the Plugins folder is in the same place as Chrome.exe, so you can go there by right-clicking the shortcut and clicking Open File Location (useful if its stored somewhere else)Ģ.
